In her role as overall coordinator, Charlotte facilitates group processes within the collective and creates spaces for collaborative design. She enjoys supporting and encouraging people to take on new challenges and grow into unfamiliar roles. Her work and approach are shaped by the intensive course "Transformative Leadership," which focused on holistic empowerment, social justice, community building, and somatic practice. As a trained office administrator, she handles administrative tasks with ease and joy. Charlotte's work focuses on care work. In this area, she designs and facilitates diverse event formats, conferences, and educational offerings. She is part of several feminist networks, which she continually helps shape and maintain.
