Since 2026, Jooles has been ensuring the necessary resources are available within the fundraising team to further advance social change. She studied American Studies and previously worked in public relations and marketing. In her role, she maintains contact with donors and foundations, plans fundraising campaigns, analyzes data, and supports the teams. She has been particularly involved with the topic of degrowth for several years.
