Julian is part of the overall coordination team for human resources, shapes group processes within the organization, and contributes to its ability to act effectively as a grassroots democratic collective. He also works in organizational consulting for Konzeptwerk, supporting change processes at the structural and cultural levels. He draws on his many years of experience in coordination roles at Konzeptwerk and in designing learning spaces and group processes through his work on the Transformative Education team.
