Maló has many years of experience in non-formal education work in the fields of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) and transformative learning. Currently, Maló works primarily in youth and adult education, as well as in the training and professional development of multipliers. The focus of her work is creating and facilitating learning spaces where people can gain a deeper understanding of the world and their own place within it. These spaces foster ideas, inspiration, and concrete tools for actively shaping social change. Maló approaches learners with empathy and genuine interest in their experiences, stories, and perspectives. She values a self-reflective approach that welcomes contradictions, concurrent experiences, and critical feedback.
