In these challenging times, full of cutbacks, pressure, and exhaustion, one thing is clear: we need more than mere perseverance; we need visions of a desirable future! Strategies and project plans that will endure even in difficult times. The ability to recognize relationship dynamics and dysfunctional structures and to address conflicts constructively—both internally and externally. And we need ways to better cope with stress, overload, and strain.

Therefore, tables Potential for conflict and the concept workshop invites you to six one-day workshops. Here you will meet people who face similar challenges, you can reflect on your situation and afterwards, strengthened with new analyses, impulses and tools, shape change processes.

And for those who want more: In the fall, the in-depth, practical basic course "Constructively Managing Conflicts" will start in six modules (October 29, 2026 – June 25, 2027).
