Stepchild adoption, deadnaming, and queerphobia – queer parents, or even rainbow families, continue to face a number of hurdles. In this episode, Mia Smettan speaks with author and queer mother Lisa Bendik about the past and present of queer family life. How are rainbow families doing in Germany today? How is care work distributed in rainbow families, and what can heterosexual-cis families learn from them?
There's also a live report from Fabiana Blasco from the annual feminist meeting in Argentina, and we ask ourselves why time is actually political.
