Part of the project: Building blocks for climate justice

The aim of a collective reduction in working hours (AZV) is Redistribute work, personal time and income for the listener everywhere and thus being a good life for all as well as one socio-ecological restructuring "Collective" AZV encompasses all AZV approaches that go beyond individual solutions in which employees can access individual options. This can be company-wide, collectively agreed, cross-sectoral, or societal/legal.
In Germany, it is not an economic question whether working time reduction is possible – it is a question of power.
