With this dossier, we propose social and climate-friendly measures for a fair approach to the energy crisis.
The core element is the right to a basic energy supply. This is to be secured through the introduction of socially and climate-friendly energy tariffs, the redistribution of profits and additional costs through taxes and transfer payments, the prohibition of electricity and gas shutdowns, and the targeted curtailment of non-essential industrial production.
