Guest: Gün Tank is an author, curator, and speaker. Her debut novel, The Optimists (S. Fischer, 2022), tells the story of female labor migration from a post-migrant feminist perspective. The novel premiered at the Maxim Gorki Theater in 2024 under the direction of Emel Aydoğdu, followed by productions in Bielefeld and Stuttgart under the direction of Murat Yeğiner. Tank curates interdisciplinary projects such as RIOT NOW! and CrossKultur and participated in the 2011 exhibition "22:14 ... and Women Came." She was a fellow at the Tarabya Cultural Academy in Istanbul in 2024 and received the Berlin Senate's working grant for literature in German in 2025.
