This interactive workshop provides a space to critically examine one's own thought patterns. Reflecting on societal power structures requires examining one's own attitudes and conditioning. What do we perceive as true? What knowledge has shaped us? Deconstructing our own beliefs allows us to create more discrimination-sensitive learning environments. It's about developing an attitude that handles knowledge and power with sensitivity. We use experiential methods of global learning that open up spaces for reflection.
