Global crises such as the climate crisis or injustices can quickly lead to emotions such as overwhelmedness and hopelessness. How do we find effective ways to deal with emotions, transforming defensiveness and powerlessness in the context of global crises into strength and the ability to act? The event offers participants a space to explore how to manage their emotions in global crises. What does it mean to take good care of oneself and one's feelings in times of challenge? How are social power relations reflected in our bodies?
The event invites you to explore your own inner life through interactive stimuli and offers a space to discuss it.
