What sustains us in crises

A generational conversation

Illustration with different colored shapes on a blue circular backgroundPart of the project: What holds the world together?

How do people of different generations view global crises? What might a way of dealing with them look like? And what gives them the strength to get involved despite, or even because of, these crises?

This conversation brings together two people from different generations. Janvi Devi and Christine Müller share a commitment to global justice. Central questions of the discussion are: Where do you fit in a globally interconnected world? What kind of world do you want to live in today and in the future? What is needed to achieve this? What empowers and strengthens you to actively work towards a globally just world?

The conversation invites reflection, inspires action, and creates a bridge between generations.

Speakers:
Janvi Devi, studies Asian/African regional studies in Berlin and does educational work on the topics of anti-racism and sexism in the context of climate justice.

Christine Müller, former representative for the Church Development Service of the Saxon Regional Church, in (un)retirement since the end of 2021

Language: Spoken German
