Transparency is important to us. That is why we have committed ourselves to Initiative Transparent Civil Society We are part of Transparency International Deutschland e.V., an initiative launched by Transparency International Germany in 2010. 2. Our statutes & our goals

The aim of the concept work is a socio-ecological transformation of the economy and society. By socio-ecological transformation we mean a restructuring of our economy and society with the aim of creating a good life for all, within an ecological framework that also ensures this for future generations. We understand this transformation as a process, not as an end state, which should be designed in as grassroots-democratic a manner as possible.

According to the most recent exemption notice dated February 7, 2024, we are partially exempt from corporate and trade taxes. (Leipzig I Tax Office, tax number 232/140/14246)
